Biological sequence mining with MRS and EMBOSS
EMBnet Norway is presenting a course on biological sequence mining using MRS and EMBOSS. The course focuses on familiarizing the participants with the most commonly used sequence databases, as well as mining using both the web interfaces and the command line interface of sequence mining tools. The course will focus on hands-on exercises, with a lecture in the morning, followed by tutorials each day.
