Biological sequence mining with MRS and EMBOSS
Summary
An introduction to commonly used biological databanks, their
format, tools for databank indexing, and commonly used tools for
sequence extraction. The course will have a lecture session each
morning, followed by a practical session in the afternoon, where the
participants experiment with the tools. It will also be possible to get
help specifically with your research during the practical sessions.
