takes place in Trondheim on Wednesday February 11. The HyperBrowser is
being developed at the platform node in Oslo, and the course is offered as
collaboration between the platform nodes in Oslo and Trondheim. The
HyperBrowser builds on the Galaxy platform for
genome analysis, and makes it possible to do large scale statistical
analysis of genome annotation data. The course will consist of a basic part
and an advanced part. The basic part requires no previous experience with
bioinformatics. The advanced part will be suitable for people with some
experience from bioinformatics and/or data analysis of genome data.
