Supported data types

StoreBioinfo aims at being inclusive rather than exclusive in terms of which data types to support within the Life Sciences community. Developed data management solutions will not be targeted towards very specific data types, but be flexible to annotate and organize data sets of different characteristics.

Current projects with allocated quotas in StoreBioinfo includes data from:

  • High-throughput sequencing experiments
  • Molecular imaging studies
  • Molecular Dynamics simulations
