An introductory course to the field of microarray technology, experiment design and data analysis.
Description
The course last two days, where day one is focusing on microarray technologies and experimental design and day two is devoted to introduction to data analysis. There will be a hands on exercise on experimental design, while the data analysis part is purely theoretical, aiming at preparing participants for the full scale hands on analysis course also offered yearly in a collaboration between the Norwegian Microarray Consortium and the FUGE Bioinformatics platform.
