Course News: HyperBrowser Hands-On Course, Trondheim, February 11, 2009

The FUGE Bioinformatics technology platform offers a 1 day hands-on course to the HyperBrowser technology. The course takes place in Trondheim on Wednesday February 11. The HyperBrowser is being developed at the platform node in Oslo, and the course is offered as collaboration between the platform nodes in Oslo and Trondheim. The HyperBrowser builds on the Galaxy platform for genome analysis, and makes it possible to do large scale statistical analysis of genome annotation data. The course will consist of a basic part and an advanced part. The basic part requires no previous experience with bioinformatics. The advanced part will be suitable for people with some experience from bioinformatics and/or data analysis of genome data. The full announcement can be found here .
