Summary

This is an introductory course to microarrays, where the aim is for participants to get familiar with different types of technologies for measuring gene expression and also to different types of microarray technologies. Another important part of the course is experimental design and introduction to data analysis

Description

The course last two days, where day one is focusing on microarray technologies and experimental design and day two is devoted to introduction to data analysis. There will be a hands on exercise on experimental design, while the data analysis is purely theoretical, aiming at preparing participants for the hands on course also offered by NMC.
