J-Express tutorial: Import of microarray datasets. 24th June 2011

Summary

A tutorial on how to import different types of microarray datasets to J-Express.

Description

In this tutorial we will go through import of different types of microarray datasets to J-Express.

Topics covered will be:

  • Import of Illumina data
  • Import of Tabular data
  • Import of Agilent data
  • If time: Hands on import of your own data

Since we will keep to the tutorial format, we will go through the different imports in plenary. At the end of the tutorial, we will hopefully have time for you to do some hands on work with your own data.

There will be given hand-outs describing the different steps in the import process.

In the Research interest field in the registration form, please give a short summary the data you are/will be working with, why you would like to attend the tutorial, and previous experience (courses etc.) with the J-Express software.

In case of a waiting list, one person from each research group will be prioritized.
