Microarray data analysis workshop in Bergen, Autumn 2009

Summary

Norwegian Microarray Consortium (NMC) Bergen node has planned a series of workshops this autumn, with the first one out 28th of August. The idea is that everyone with microarray data can bring their data and get help with problems, or discuss particular topics of interest.

Description

Questions that could be of general interest or topics for discussion should be submitted to the NMC staff prior to the workshop, who then plan the plenary part of the workshop. The second part is hands on where everyone is working with their own data.

This is a format that has been tried out for a couple of years and is working very well. The workshops have often been centered around analysis using J-Express. This autumn we will also try to focus one or two workshops on uploading and annotating data in BASE.

See the workshop home page for an overview of planned workshops
