Microarray data management and analysis workshop (Bergen, October 30th)

Summary

Norwegian Microarray Consortium (NMC) Bergen node is arranging a series of regular workshops this autumn, roughly once a month. The next one is on Friday, October 30th. The idea is that everyone with microarray data can bring their data and get help with problems, or discuss particular topics of interest (including BASE2).

Description

Questions that could be of general interest or topics for discussion should be submitted to the NMC staff prior to the workshop, who then plan the plenary part of the workshop. The second part is hands on where everyone is working with their own data.

This is a format that has been tried out for a couple of years and is working very well. The workshops have often been centered around analysis using J-Express. This time we will assist you as well with uploading and annotating data in BASE2.
