Course News: Next-generation sequencing hands-on data analysis
The Bioinformatics core facility in Trondheim arranges an introductory hands-on course in bioinformatic analysis of next-generation sequencing data. The focus will be on short micro-RNA sequencing and ChIP-seq reads mapped to the human genome.
